From a classroom in small town Hopewell, Virginia to the corporate boardroom, Alton Jamison is the living embodiment of making it against all odds. Raised in an impoverished, single parent home with an absentee convict for a father, many would have bet that he was destined to become another statistic. But Alton deliberately made a choice to write a different life story and believed he was bigger and better than his environment. He went on to defy the odds by dreaming, fighting and ultimately achieving greater success than anyone could have ever predicted.

But even after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and enjoying success with both Northrop Grumman and UPS, Alton decided to reach for new heights and reinvent himself. He went back to college at Regent University and become a Certified Life and Success Coach; and over the last ten years, he has made it his personal mission to deliver a message of hope, determination and motivation to those who feel ‘handcuffed’ because of their past or even their current situation.
